BiosAdventures offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of registration. We must receive your cancellation in writing during the 30-day time period. If you must cancel your tour listings on our bike tour guides for any reason, please note the following cancellation penalty below.
Cancellation Fee during the 30-day time period:
- First 30 days: 50% of tour registration fee
- After 30 days: No refund
No exceptions can be made to this cancellation policy for any reason.

BICYCLE TOUR OPERATORS:
BiosAdventures LLC strongly values your relationship and respects your privacy.
By Adding your Bike Tours to the BiosAdventures website, placing your logo on different destination webpages on the BiosAdventures bike tour guides, and by providing us with information and photos on the bicycle tours that you provide, we will market EACH of your bike tours worldwide until January 1, 2020.
We do not share or sell any bicycle tour operator information that you provide on the Registration Form (including email addresses). We do not sell, trade, rent or provide your tour operator data to third parties for advertising or any other uses. We keep all information that you provide strictly confidential.
Our Mission is to connect you to cyclists from around the world who are searching for scenic and nature-friendly cycling vacations.

Full payment (see Registration Form) is required to list your 2019 tours with BiosAdventures until January 1, 2020.
